A lot of people have issues with judging others when they have no room to even comment on other peoples situations. I will never feel so high & mighty as if I have room to tell someone what they shouldn’t do, if I don’t have my entire life perfectly aligned.
This is for the [perfect people] walking this earth. God is our creator. HE is the only one allowed to judge us. If you’re not HIM “The Lord Jesus Christ”, then keep ALL judgments to yourself!
Dealing With Jealous People When You Start Your Own Business
In efforts of being a better person grounded in humility, one must be willing to accept all kinds of slick talk from the North, South, West & East, while continually willing to eat pride and keep trucking forward, in setting negativity aside, and allowing GOD inside the heart. Why are some people so angry and have so much to say adversely out of their mouth, when they see someone starting their own business, and building a business creatively & effectively, and is quick on the draw to say something slick out of turn from their mouth?

Late, but Better Late Than Never!
I’m heading out now at close to 1:40 PM on this beautiful and chilly Wednesday afternoon, to engage in some afternoon cardiovascular activity. Today’s cardio will consist of walking, light running and some jogging, in addition to some stomach exercises, to shrink the waistline as well as flatten the lower abdomen. Not much to say for now. Will be back online later today, Lord willing
A Quick Rundown of Today’s Nutrition

Barbecued chicken + collard greens “ditched the sweet potatoes-yams due to excess of sugar”

Two New York City “Brooklyn” style potato knishes
Will be blending a nutritious proteins shake later in the evening
Today’s exercise:
2 1/2 hours of morning cardiovascular exercise, which consisted of walking running and jogging.
The New Year’s goal is to accomplish a weight loss goal of losing 10 pounds a month “or close to 10 pounds” for 10 months, with hopes for accomplishing a renewed weight of 160 pounds, or close to the desired goal weight.

In efforts of accomplishing New Year’s resolutions of a renewed vision towards bettering my health, I am humbled and please to report that I am following through effectively with making healthy changes. This morning, while being productive before cardiovascular exercise, I completed the first round of search engine optimization, by way of “writing effective SEO copy” which was well optimized. After creating and publishing the first web copy, I then transitioned “with no delay” into getting on the treadmill. What was originally intended for only 20 min. of cardio actually ended up being more than planned.
